NewDone for Good

AI implementation for every business, not just the ones that can afford it.

We partner with nonprofits, workforce groups and sponsors to bring the CoWork Accelerator to small business owners who would otherwise be left out. Same live 6-week program. Little or no cost to the owner.

Starting in Denver · Live & virtual · Delivered by Done Automation

  • Neighborhood small businesses

The gap

The owners with the least time get the least help.

Owners of small, lean businesses have the least time and money for AI training. Most programs are built for corporate teams, run on someone else's schedule, and teach tools in general instead of the owner's own work.

Done for Good closes that gap with the same program our paying clients get: live sessions, on the owner's real tasks, until Claude is doing part of the work.

How a partnership works

Each side does the part it's best at.

  1. 1

    Your organization

    Recruits and hosts

You bring the owners you already serve and host the cohort. On funding applications, your nonprofit is the lead applicant.

  2. 2

    Done Automation

    Delivers the program

We run the full 6-week CoWork Accelerator, live and virtual, and handle the curriculum, coaching and reporting.

  3. 3

    Owners

Join at little or no cost

Participants pay $0 or a reduced rate. Grants or sponsors cover the rest.

Three ways to fund it

  • Grant-funded cohort

We co-apply with a nonprofit lead on aligned funding. The grant covers a full cohort for the community you serve.

  • Sponsored cohort

A company, bank or local institution sponsors seats for a neighborhood, a chamber or a business association.

  • Scholarship seats

Funded seats for individual owners who can't cover the cost, alongside our paid programs.

Built for access

Owners join from wherever they work.

  • Virtual and phone-friendly, so no one needs to leave the shop
  • Device and hotspot lending through partners, such as library systems
  • Spanish-language cohorts (planned)

Responsible AI, taught from day one

Every participant learns how to use AI with care.

  • What not to put into Claude, such as confidential client data, unless the plan and setup support it
  • A person reviews every output before it is sent
  • Owners keep their own accounts and everything they build
  • A walkthrough of the privacy settings

How we measure

Every measure is collected with the participant's consent. We publish only what we've measured, with the sample size and date.

  1. Before

    Intake survey

Business type, team size, hours on admin, current AI use.

  2. During

    Attendance

    Who joined each live session.

  3. 30 days after

    Live workflow check

Is at least one workflow still running on real work?

  4. 30 days after

    Hours saved

Self-reported, compared with the intake baseline.

  5. Ongoing

    Case studies

Shared only with the owner's written permission.
